Product Introduction
80L Vertical Type Pressure Steam Sterilizer
♦ Scope of application
This product is suitable for pharmaceutical scientific research and chemical industry and other units, can be dressings, glassware media and other disinfection
♦ Sterilization principle
This series of sterilizer is designed using the principle of wet heat killing microorganisms, its principle is the use of gravity displacement principle, so that steam in the sterilizer from the top down, the cold air is discharged from the lower exhaust hole, the discharged cold air is replaced by saturated steam, the use of steam release latent heat to sterilize items.
♦ Basic structure
• The shell case is made of high temperature thermoplastic material with outstanding impact resistance and stainless steel.
• The pot body of sterilizer is made of food grade stainless steel (304).
• The lid opening and closing device adopts the lever type multi-link synchronous telescopic structure, which makes the lid and the pot body open and close flexible and light, safe and reliable.
♦ Control and operation
• The console uses the LCD window graphic dynamic display.
• The whole sterilization process is controlled by microcomputer display and automatic cycle control.
• The machine stops automatically after the end of sterilization with alarm.
♦ Function description
• lt has a one-button sterilization function selection, which can make a quick and clear choice based on different items.
• With air-cooled chilling device to ensure that the pot body is quickly cooled at the end of sterilization, thus reducing the time to open the lid.
• lt has the function of preheating and melting of sterilized items and has time and temperature selection for the items to be dissolved.
• Sterilization reservation function is available so that users can start it at a set time.
• Automatic fault detection and judgement system is in place.
• The full-automatic control model has the function of discharging the low temperature air and steam internal exhaust and exhausting steam when sterilization procedure ends.
• Add print function, print the current temperature and sterilization time.
♦ Safely devices
• Adopt the safety interlock structure of electrical and mechanical interaction to ensure that the interlock device locks the lid handle when there is pressure in the pot to avoid opening the lid when there is pressure in the pot.
• Double protection system with the mechanical safety relief valve and electronically controlled over-voltage protective device.
• It has heater anti-drying protection function and leakage protection system.
